The Fairbanks Centre is located just minutes from downtown Dartmouth at the entrance to the beautiful Shubie Park. It is available for bookings year-round, and features ample parking.

THE AVERY ROOM

  • Great natural acoustics with the option of using a microphone/sound system. We have tables and chairs available along with a mic, podium and mixer. That are all included in the cost of the rental. The mic/podium and mixer must be reserved in advance.

  • You provide your own catering, decorations, glassware, linens etc. and it would have to be removed before the end time of your event booking time.

Rental Fees

 OPTION 1

4 hours setup on the Friday before the wedding (between 12:30pm-4:30pm)

4 hours wedding | reception (Saturday or Sunday)

$650

 OPTION 2

4 hours setup on the Friday before the wedding (between 12:30pm-4:30pm)

8 hours wedding | reception (Saturday or Sunday)

$950

*each additional hour add $100 per hour

An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total of all fees is due at time of booking. The remaining VENUE RENTAL FEES will be due 30 days prior to the date of the event or wedding.

$500 Damage Deposit and Event Insurance due prior to the event (see contract for details)
