Bike your way through Shubie Park
As part of the Great Trail (formerly the Trans-Canada Trail), the Dartmouth Multi-Use Trail is a 7 km (4.5 mi) ride that starts at Sullivan’s Pond and travels along the Shubenacadie Canal, Lake Banook, Lake Micmac, and Lake Charles. Note that the route includes some shared roads as you enter Dartmouth.
There are many other trail sections of the Shubenacadie Canal Waterway that are bike-friendly.
